These terms govern your use of the Initiate Digital website (initiate.ie). By using the site, you agree to them. They're written in plain English and kept deliberately short. They cover the website — the actual work we do for clients is governed by a separate written proposal or agreement, not this page.
Who we are.
Initiate Digital is a digital studio based in County Wexford, Ireland, formed through the 2025 merger of Initiate and Lemon Logic. You can reach us any time at hello@initiate.ie.
Using the site.
You're welcome to browse the site, read our articles and download our free resources for your own use. Please don't misuse the site — that means no attempting to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to it, no scraping it for commercial reuse, and nothing unlawful.
Our content.
Unless stated otherwise, everything on this site — the writing, design, brand, logos and downloadable resources — belongs to Initiate Digital or is used with permission. You're welcome to use our free templates and checklists in your own business; you're not free to resell them or pass them off as your own. Client logos and case studies are shown with permission and remain the property of their owners.
Free resources & advice.
Our articles, guides and downloads are shared in good faith to be genuinely useful, but they're general information, not tailored professional advice. Every business is different — if in doubt, talk to us or a qualified professional before acting on anything.
Links to other sites.
We sometimes link to other websites (like Google, Calendly or our clients). We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
No guarantees.
We work hard to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it “as is”.
