⚙️Initiate was founded in County Wexford in 2019 with a clear focus: web design and digital marketing for ambitious businesses. The work was goal-focused from day one, every site and every campaign tailored to what the client was actually trying to grow, using a mix of tried-and-tested techniques and newer tools like AI and advanced automation.
Meanwhile, Lemon Logic, Aneta and David's web and design studio, was doing the same thing from the other side. Logos, identity systems, websites and automation: the warm and creative half of the puzzle. Same belief, that great work comes from talking directly to the people doing it.
In 2025 the two studios joined forces. Today, Aneta and David lead the studio from Wexford alongside a specialist team. The promise is simple: when you talk to us about web, you're talking to a web expert; when you talk to us about brand, you're talking to a brand expert. No middlemen, no proxies.

Initiate Digital is led by Aneta and David. Aneta heads up creative, brand, identity and design, and David heads up web and engineering, covering development, automation and SEO. Every project is shaped by the two of them and delivered alongside a specialist in the relevant craft. There are no account managers and no outsourcing, so you work directly with the people doing the work.
We're based in County Wexford, Ireland. We work with clients across Ireland, the UK and further afield, and we're fully set up for remote work, most of it happens over Zoom, Slack and our project portal, and we meet in person when it makes sense.
