Digital Marketing Executive

Responsibilities
  • Digital Strategy Development: Collaborate with our marketing team to create impactful digital marketing strategies tailored to meet clients’ unique objectives. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify target audiences to drive online success.
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Optimize client websites to improve search engine rankings. Perform keyword research, create compelling meta tags, and optimize website content. Monitor organic traffic growth and provide recommendations for ongoing improvements.
  • Content Marketing: Assist in crafting engaging and relevant content for clients’ websites, blogs, social media platforms, and email campaigns. Ensure content aligns with brand voice and resonates with the target audience.
  • Social Media Management: Manage and curate content for clients’ social media channels. Engage with followers, respond to comments, and develop strategies to grow their social media presence.
  • Paid Advertising Campaigns: Set up, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant channels. Monitor ad performance and budgets to achieve client ROI goals.
  • Email Marketing: Develop and execute effective email marketing campaigns, including content creation, list segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Utilize web analytics tools to track and analyze website performance and campaign metrics. Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to clients.
  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Collaborate with design and development teams to optimize client websites and landing pages for increased conversions.
    Stay Updated with Industry Trends: Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, industry developments, and best practices to keep Initiate at the cutting edge of digital marketing.
Requirements
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within an agency environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, PPC advertising, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite and email marketing platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work within brand guidelines.
  • A proactive and collaborative approach to working within a team.
  • Passion for digital marketing and an eagerness to contribute innovative ideas to clients’ campaigns.

This position is Remote/Hybrid – You can work from the comfort of your home or choose a hybrid arrangement, splitting your time between remote work and in-office collaboration.
